What is the Starter plan?
Starter ($39/year) gives you unlimited assets and videos, up to 3 guardians, WhatsApp & SMS alerts, 90/180/270-day timers, full activity history, and vault backup. Billed annually.
What is the Full Legacy plan?
Full Legacy is a one-time $179 payment. You get all Starter features forever — no annual renewals, no expiry. Pay once and your family is protected for life.
Can I upgrade from Free to Starter later?
Yes. Start free, upgrade whenever you are ready. Your vault data, guardians, and settings carry over seamlessly.
Is this a legal will?
No. OnwardSafe is not a legal will and cannot replace one. It is a secure digital delivery system for personal messages, documents, and instructions. We recommend using it alongside a formally drafted will.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from Settings. Your data stays accessible until the end of your billing period. Within the first 7 days you are entitled to a full refund.
