By creating an account or using OnwardSafe, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

OnwardSafe is a digital legacy and document vault service. It allows you to securely store documents, record video messages, designate guardians and beneficiaries, and configure an automated inactivity-triggered delivery system. OnwardSafe is NOT a legal document service. It does not provide legal advice, execute wills, or legally transfer asset ownership. You should consult a qualified lawyer for estate planning.

You are responsible for: • Maintaining the security of your account credentials • Ensuring the accuracy of guardian and beneficiary information • Keeping your contact information current so inactivity alerts reach you • Complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction

You may not use OnwardSafe to store illegal content, facilitate fraud, or circumvent legal obligations. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The vault release process requires all of the following: • Completion of your configured inactivity period • 2-of-3 guardian consensus • Multi-step identity verification • Internal audit review OnwardSafe makes no guarantee that vault release will occur within a specific timeframe. False guardian confirmations or system errors may delay or prevent release.

Subscription fees are charged annually. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. Early access pricing is locked for the initial term. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

OnwardSafe is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnwardSafe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

We may terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you have 90 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [registered jurisdiction].
