If you are not satisfied with OnwardSafe within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
To request a refund, email support@onwardsafe.com with your registered email address and the subject line "Refund Request."
Eligibility
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
• The guarantee applies to first-time purchases only
• Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access to your vault until the end of your current billing period.
After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking via Razorpay).
